1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AllStop Services mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must register an account to book services or list your services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. AllStop is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). AllStop charges a platform fee on each transaction.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers must be honest about their qualifications and availability. AllStop reserves the right to remove any provider who receives consistent negative reviews or violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

AllStop acts as a marketplace platform. We are not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by independent providers, though we will mediate disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
