Is the app free to download?
Yes, completely free for customers.

Bookings

How do I cancel a booking?
Open the app, go to My Bookings, and tap Cancel. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Can I reschedule?
Yes, contact the provider directly through the app chat or call them.

What if the provider is late?
You can contact support via the app and we will follow up immediately.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and bank cards.

Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is what you pay.

When am I charged?
At the time of booking confirmation.

Service Providers

How do I sign up as a provider?
Register on the app, create your listing and submit for verification.

How long does verification take?
1ÔÇô3 business days after submitting your documents.

What is the commission rate?
AllStop charges 10% per completed booking.
